Grundfos offers Filter Modules based on Kerafol® Ceramic Membrane Discs
Dynamic Cross Flow Systems based on Ceramic Membrane Discs from Kerafol® get more and more popular. The Danish company Grundfos developed a Filter Module with rotating Ceramic Discs. High cross flow velocities combined with a low energy consumption lead to an optimised membrane process.

Grundfos BioBooster – next generation wastewater solutions
Grundfos BioBooster is delivering solutions for wastewater treatment and water re-use for applications in the food and beverage industry and for treating municipal and hospital wastewater. Water re-use will be made possible thanks to the extremely high quality of water which is achieved after the UF treatment with the Ceramic Membrane Discs. The rotating principle for fouling elimination leads to an operation with high MLSS concentrations giving a very high operational flexibility on capacity. With the new design modules a simple and robust operation is possible with high flux rates and a low power consumption.
