Sintering setters for high performance products.
We manufacture various alumina sintering setters for the sintering of high performance products. Especially for the production of SOFCs we offer Keralpor Z. This sintering setter is coated to avoid the reaction between alumina and NiO generating the spinel NiAl₂O₄, which reduces the catalytic activity of the hydrogen electrode.

Dimensions

We offer sintering setters with the standard geometries 148x210 mm², 100x100 mm², 150x150 mm², and 168x168 mm², but also custom-built round or rectangular geometries can be produced.

All sizes are available with thicknesses of 1.0 / 1.5 / 2.0 mm.
