Exhibition review: KERAFOL® at the European Fuel Cell Forum 2016 in Lucerne

The 12th European Fuel Cell Forum (EFCF) took place from July 5th to 8th, 2016 in Lucerne. This world’s leading conference and exhibition for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) was the highlight of the European high temperature fuel cell year. Along with SOFC also the newest achievements on Solid Oxide Electrolysers were presented.
Our high performance cells and their long-term stability especially during electrolysis were presented in several contributions. In EIFER’s 22,500 hours cell test the degradation of a KeraCell III was determined to be 7.5 mV per 1000 hours at -900 mA/cm² (EIFER A0801).
Kerafol® presented their setter plates, glass sealing tapes, electrolytes and complete electrolyte supported cells as an exhibitor. Many conference participants stopped at our booth and gave us a positive feedback concerning the variety and quality of our products. Especially our new 40 µm 3YSZ electrolytes raised great interest among the visitors. We are also happy to have established new customer and supplier relationships.
